    I have always eaten fruits and vegetables, however I now see how by  adding  another serving of vegetables instead of a carb works out well.

    I sent to WestPenn Power for free energy saving bulbs and night lights. I switched out all of them in my house to save energy .

    I noticed that I turn  the water off when I brush my teeth, and also explained to my grandchildren to do the same to save water.

    I participated in helping raise money for the Polar Plunge in Chicago. This was  very personal to my daughter and myself. We helped support a great little guy that is very active in the special olympics.
