This past weekend was a great time to get outdoors. Found potential nesting sites for the pileated woodpeckers that live in my woods. Spent time moving the chickens into the garden getting ready for spring - they do a great job at digging up the garden and eating grubs.

I try to spend as much time outdoors so signing up for the nature challenges are easy. The food challenges are harder for me because I eat fish and meat but I did take the challenge for choosing sustainable fish which was interesting.

I offered my environmental science class extra credit if they can beat me in the challenge. I will not be defeated.
