Lucy de Barbaro 3/14/2019 4:20 AMHunter, while not processed food, and vegetable dish (both great improvements over common alternatives), I would also pay attention to glycemic index of food. It has to do with how quickly food breaks down into simple sugars in our body. The slower the better.
