This morning, one of you grabbed me in the hall and said you have really worked hard to meet your daily challenges.  I am so proud of each of you for setting this goals to better our planning and doing whatever it takes to reach those goals.

One more day of this challenge, but hopefully you continue to be mindful of your environmental impact!

For the Eco Challenge and Lent, I gave up social media.  It has been difficult and I have missed some news in my family/friends' lives, however, I have been present in my daily life, happier and more appreciative of the world around me.

What have you done to simplify your life during this challenge?

What did you do today that was green?!  Did you recycle?  Reuse items?  Tell someone how they can help?

Please also consider energy use reductions we can make in our homes... these result directly in reduction of carbon dioxide emissions and therefore reduce our impact on climate. For example: https://www.duquesnelight.com/docs/default-source/wattchoice/66047-condello-duq-light-energy-efficiency_pdf_v3.pdf or deeper energy reductions like these: https://getenergysmarter.org/sound-home-plan
