I will have a group garage sale with friends, family, and/or neighbors.

I will disconnect from my email when not working or studying.

I will join a smoking cessation program, and stick with it during the challenge, cutting out harmful air pollutants while improving my own health.

I will maintain a record of all my purchases.

I will take a walk each day.
