Boaz Frankel 3/19/2019 7:12 AMSince my wife and I have signed up for different challenges, we've been able to take part in each other's challenges and benefit from them. For example, my wife's been saving shower water and I've used that water to support a new herb garden! -
Boaz Frankel 3/18/2019 6:48 AMIt may be cold, but the sun's been out and I've been walking almost everywhere. And after you've walked a few blocks with groceries, it never feels as chilly! -
Boaz Frankel 3/13/2019 12:59 PMIt's always remarkable to see how quick cashiers are to put your purchase in a plastic bag. It's like a race to get my cloth bag out and visible before they start bagging. It feels like I'm playing some sort of sustainable game show. Luckily, I'm mostly winning.-

Boaz Frankel 3/08/2019 11:14 AMThis challenge has coincided with my move to Pittsburgh and it’s been an exciting and thoughtful way to start my life in the city. I think these habits I’m initiating will last much longer than the duration of this challenge! -
Boaz Frankel 3/02/2019 3:53 PMEvery time I turn down bags at the supermarket, I also tell them abou the sustainability challenge. Everyone usually has sustainable tips of their own that they like to share.
