    I'm finding it challenging to eat my lunch without checking my phone! Anyone else struggling with this one? I need an accountability buddy.

      This is such a problem for me, too. My solution is a good book! I choose a book that I will only read during commutes to and from work, and while on breaks. Then I only look at my phone to gauge how much time I have left to read.
