Jeaneen Zappa 3/07/2019 6:32 AMIt was a good prompt to be reminded in the I Am Sustainable Challenge to be grateful for the good things in my life. Ironically, I'd already sent a text this morning thanking someone for a job well done before getting that prompt, so it was unexpected validation for using positive reinforcement as the best way to convey feedback whenever possible.
