Amanda Bshero 3/18/2019 7:31 AMWith only two days left, I have learned to incorporate some simple changes into my day. I love seeing the overall impact. I will continue to shut down my computer when it is not in use, use my own bags when shopping, and incorporate more fruit and veggies into my diet! -
Carly Pietrzyk 3/18/2019 6:20 AMSince we move to a different township recently, I reviewed the recycling guidelines here and have been making a bigger effort to recycle everything that can be taken at the curb and saving other things and taking them to places to be recycled (like plastic bags, electronics, and batteries). -
Jodie Banyas 3/17/2019 5:58 AMMy husband and I went to the outlets yesterday, and, for this visit, I created a list of what the family "needed." By keeping to this list, our trip remained focused on the "needs" and avoided purchasing "wants." This approach made our trip more efficient, more budget friendly, and more environmentally friendly. -
Jodie Banyas 3/16/2019 6:03 AMAshley,
Thank you for organizing this ecoteam. This opportunity has helped me to thoughtfully and intentionally adjust my environmental behaviors. I also enjoyed reading and learning from others' posts.
Thanks!-

Heather Livorio 3/14/2019 6:32 PMRemoved most toxic cleaners, moving toward more green cleaning products. I like seventh generation. -
Nicole Costlow 3/14/2019 4:17 PMOrganization is the best! -
Mandy Howison 3/14/2019 8:20 AMMy compost piles are located on the other side of my property, so I find it easier to keep a small compost bin near the kitchen. As I am prepping meals, I throw all the scraps into a bowl. Once finished with prep, I put the scraps into the kitchen compost bin with composting bags, which I keep on the deck outside my kitchen. Emptying it into the main compost pile in the yard is my son's chore. I know some people that use Home Depot buckets with lids and keep them under the sink under they move the scraps to the main compost pile. -
Mary Strehl 3/14/2019 6:26 AMHaving a good water bottle makes it easier to drink more water throughout the day!
