      Hunter, while not processed food, and vegetable dish (both great improvements over common alternatives), I would also pay attention to glycemic index of food. It has to do with how quickly food breaks down into simple sugars in our body. The slower the better.     I hope to try this soon as a meatless meal that i can also make organic.
